Terms of Service

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:

POSTAL MONEY ORDERS are my favorite. If you want to pay with Money Order, I accept only the "Postal Money Order" kind. Purchased at the Post Office for about $2.55, they arrive in my PO BOX within 3 days and item is mailed on the fourth day.

PAYPAL, buyer has to have a confirmed address or I cancel the order. Shipping within 3 business days after Paypal notice.

TAX : California residents %8.75 tax is automatically added by Paypal.


SHIPPING:

Price includes shipping materials, Post Office Ground Mail shipping costs and insurance on item $25 or more.

I usually ship within 2 to 3 working days after payment has cleared. Before and during the Holiday Season and Bridal Season, I ship within 2 to 4 business days.

PRIORITY MAIL: PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU PREFER PRIORITY - I will add $4.90 Priority upgrade directly on the listing for you.


RETURNS:
I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on bridal wear and delicate light colors items because fragile silk items have to be in pristine condition, and should not travel back and forth in the mail. As a result, I do not accept returns on white, off white and light color silk items, Please note that I do not accept returns on special orders either.

Since the pictures and descriptions are detailed and clear, I will not accept returns, but in most cases I do accept exchanges on medium and dark shades, if item is in the same condition I mailed it to the buyer.

COLORS: Please send a self addressed stamped envelope to get swatches of my color before ordering since "I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON BRIDAL WEAR, and very light color items".
